MUI (MultiLang User Interface) Pack installation on Windows

Multilanguage User Interface (MUI) has been designed to make everyday tasks easier, to provide dynamic security protection and to improve the development platform and manageability. End user improvements include a streamlined interface, tabbed browsing, printing advances, and improved search functionality.
MUI when installed on the English version of Windows OS, it allows the user interface language of the browser to be changed according to the preferences of individual users to one of the following supported languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Lithuanian, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish.

Let us see how to install the MUI on the English version of windows:
In my case I have installed English Version of Windows Vista Operating System on my machine. Now I want to install the MUI of the other language. What it does is, after it gets installed, it changes the User Interface to the MUI Language chosen. For example: If I have installed Japanese MUI on English OS, then the screens would be shown in Japanese Language.

Let us see how to install the MUI on the English version of windows:
In my case I have installed English Version of Windows Vista Operating System on my machine. Now I want to install the MUI of the other language. What it does is, it changes the User Interface to the MUI Language chosen. For example: Let’s go with Japanese MUI.
1.Download the required MUI pack of whichever language you choose to. For the download location, you can need to talk to Microsoft Personnel.
2.From Start Menu Go to Control Panel. In Vista, click on Classic View link on the left pane. Now go to - >Regional and Language Options -> Open it.

3.Now Go to Keyboard and Languages Tab. Click on the install and Uninstall languages.

4. On the Install or Uninstall Display languages screen, select Install languages option.

5. In the dialog box that shows up, browse to the folder where the Setup.exe of MUI (i.e. language files) is placed and then press next. Accept the license terms and then press next.

6.Click on Install button to install the MUI.

7.After the language file installed successfully,
a. Select the check box Change My display language to and select the language say Japanese from drop down list.
b. Select the check box Apply Changes to system accounts and then click log off in order to change the display language (i.e. Restart the system).

8.Click on  Log Off and when logged Off, log in to see the GUI of your choice..
